Neck pain near spine
I get neck pain everyday when I wake up. Today I have acute pain in the spine area of my neck. Please advise what to do. I also have knee joint pain because of muscles.

it can be dun to strain of your neck muscles...depends upon your occupation,sleeping posture etc...consult orthopedic surgeon they will help you
