I have thecal sac indentation at c4 c5 for an year l have consulted a doctor bug no use

The disc bulge may not be the cause of your pain. It could be due to muscle spasm. Take anelgesics with muscle relaxant. Do some static neck exercises under supervision of a Physiotherapist. Use some hot fomentation and light massage. If pain still persists then consult a Neurospine specialist.
