This is Naresh, I am a S/W engineer with age 38y.
I am having pain in neck and shoulders from last 2 weeks, gone through the MRI with doctors suggestion and as per report having problem in C3-C4 9mm bulge and also minor problem in lower back at L5.
Please go through my attached MRI films and suggest.
IMPRESSION as per MRI report:
Cervical spondylosis with severe central disc extrusion with tiny unconvertebral osteophytes at C3-C4 level causing severe compression of theacal sac, spine card, moderate narrowing of spinal canal (9mm) with no neural foraminal compromise. Superior migration of extruded disc fragment till mid C3 level.
Very minimal disc bulge at C4-C5 and C5-C6 levels causing very minimal indentation on thecal sac with no neural foraminal compromise.
Please suggest whether it can be curedcomp with medicine or physiotherapy or it really required a surgery.
