Neck pain in left and shoulder with head
I had neck pain, Shoulder pain and headache from 4 months. Then i went to a physio, He putted his finger left of my neck just under ear and told me to turn neck right And started pressuring and started going downward... with countdown of 10 at every pause... I started feeling sharp pain kind of current like feeling in ear... Its been 3 days i last visited him .. i still have pain Can anybody pls tell me what he did I beg! I am really really worried..

Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. You need physiotheraphy. If not improving consult orthopaedic doctor
