Neck pain
Hey there!
I have been experiencing these symptoms for a long time now but I have no idea what it means. My neck starts to pain really bad randomly which then causes nausea then the pain spreads to the entire body. Can anyone please help and figure out what's going on?!
Would really appreciate if I could get a diagnosis and some treatment.

It may be Cervicogenic vertigo if associated with nausea and dizziness also. Get a X ray of cervical spine done. Meanwhile take nucoxia mr twice daily.

This is a muscular pain may be due to unusual act you may be performing recently.
Take Tab Flexon MR one tablet twice a day after food.
