Neck Pain Headache & Dizziness
I work in an MNC..
I almost everyday have issue of neck pain..
Few days I have headache and dizziness as well.
I also have issue of acidity.
What might be the reason of neck pain headache and neck pain ?

Neck pain has become quite common as we are working on phones and laptops whole day.
If it's continuous u might want to do an xray of neck to see if there is any change in the bones there as that could cause both headache and dizziness as well and then depending upon the changes appropriate treatment can be provided.
