Neck pain and swelling
Have Neck pain and swelling around neck, when I take rest in night it comes down but as the day progresses it is increased by evening.

I would advice you to first see a General Physician to assess you better. You may have a medical issue causing that problem. Once you are found to have no medical issue, then you may have to see an Orthopaedic Spinal surgery. The reason for seeing the Physician first is, to make sure that any medical issue is taken care of. Hope this helps.
