Neck pain and stiffness
Neck stiffness around the shoulder and neck. Its not going from last 2weeks. One day severe and other day moderate. Physitheraphy guy said its just stiffness it will be gone. But no difference after doing 5 days of physio also. What to do now ?? Is it better to get xray ??

Neck stiffness can be because of some other reason apart from muscular,you should have a proper assessment of your neck and shoulder,for this you can consult us online.

After getting a Physio treatment r u heeding to the advice of ur Physio what to do what not to do if not then ur pain will keep remain unless u don’t strain urself to ur neck lifting weight and straining ur neck by doing over head activities will not give u relief hope u understand
