Getting neck pain and left arm pain may I know is this serious please suggest me if there is any issue

Yes serious. Posture corrections must. Physiotherapy treatment and stretching exercise of neck and shoulder

If you feel the pain goes down from your neck to arm then get yourself evaluated. Avoid that side sleeping

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow.

If you are left hand dominant, and you have done some task out of your normal routine, there could be an issue with the neck & left hand strain. You could certainly do hot fermentation & then a few general stretching exs for the neck & shoulder
