Neck muscles, nerve stiffness, jaw
I was having a spondylitis neck issue, unfortunately from passed few days when i get up in morning or after heavy walk or suddenly when i get up from ground or car i feel pressure in behind my neck and than head heaviness. Neck rotation or movement is fine but stiffness and muscle issue. Also due to this jaw and around area is stressed and feel cracking sound when open mouth. Kindly help, can't always wait to get muscles relaxed for ease my head heaviness.

Please get an X ray Cervical spine AP & Lateral view.  With the X ray please consult with a General Surgeon or a Neurologist . First let us be sure that you have Cervical spondylosis.
