Neck cracking habit
I am unsure if this is actually a problem or not, but I have had a habit of cracking my neck and lower jaw for a few years and i tend to do so almost everyday. However, I think by doing so myself, I may be damaging my neck bones and joints. How do I ensure not to crack my neck and rather have it done through an expert, like a chiropractor.
