Your scan is near normal. Some people are sensitive to age related changes in spine. Rather than getting stuck in the loop of medications try life style changes, including adapting proper neck posture while sitting reading etc. Always be aware of neck posture during any activity. Avoid weight lifting, avoid lying in the couch with hands supporting the head. Physio therapy and neck strengthening exercises will help.
Next Steps
If all these fail consult neurologist for medications. but kindly remember that medicines just provide symptomatic relief and are not curative.
Health Tips
30 minutes cardio exercises daily desensitises these symptoms. avoid obesity.
