Neck.and shoulder pain
I am suffering from neck and shoulder pain from past 2 months..it is more severe when I m in sitting posture .. I had consulted to orthopedic and got an xray of it.the reports was normal and it was due to muscle spam as per the doctor.. but still even after taking the muscle relaxant tablets I am not able to over it ..please help me with this. Thanks in advance ...
