Neck and muscle pain
This is my problem regarding Neck pain and back muscle pain. Usually it happens while I tries to wake up in morning. Muscle pain in the back and a stiff neck. Couldn't move the neck completely and if I try to it starts paining. Some times feels like my back muscles are weak. I have to make my mobile by performing some basic exercise, but the stiffness and pain won't go away completely. Then again it starts like after half of my day at work. Sometimes I take homeopathic medicine for the same.. it gives a relief but that's not permanent again. Sometimes, pain reaches till lower part of the body.. may be sciatica pain and numbness in legs Could you please suggest the necessary course of action to be taken to fix this problem??? Thanks

To solve the root cause you need to have right ergonomics. The sleeping position and sitting position at work needs to be corrected which I can suggest Also, because of certain Posture throughout the day, certain muscles of the neck are tight and some are weak. So the next step is to stretch the tight muscles and strengthen the weak muscles Once you start doing it in couple of days you will start feeling better provided you follow the plan religiously Medicines just take care of pain and it's short lived you need to solve the root cause
