During sleep while turning I think some neck muscle has been affected and resulted into a spasm. This pain in now upto my left shoulder. My neck and shoulder is stiff and turning the neck is quite painful.

Use ice for 15mins . ,itvl help to reduce yourpain and if possible visit a near by physiothreapist ,he vl help to reduce your pain and spasm
