Neck and jaw pain
I have a neck and upper shoulder pain when i turn to right side also i have grinding and clenching at night does it effect ? And does braces help for that problem? Thanks

Yes grinding and clenching of teeth definitely are a cause of pain in the jaws, neck and shoulder region. Firstly get a soft nightguard made from a dentist . It’s regular use should reduce pain.

Braces help only if you have occlusal problems. Grinding of teeth may not be necessarily due to bite problems
