Your problem may be related to Acute Cervical Spondylosis with compressive neuropathy. You need to do urgent X-ray of Cervical Spine (AP & Lateral views) and follow up with your Orthopedic or Neurosurgeon or Rheumatologist. Meanwhile take Tab ZERODOL-MR twice daily after meals for 2 days, Tab RANTAC 300mg 1 tab before breakfast and Tab GABANEURON-SR 600mg 1tab at bedtime for 10 days. These will help with the pain. Hope these helps.
