Got neck pain conected pain to head getting problem almost now three months please guide me I try neurological surgeon treatment for month

Hi..your neck pain is severe so it's radiating to your head.. Need immediate  Consultantion to Physio.. First clinical diagnosis than accordingly treatment.. It will help you a lot!!

Symptomatic relief with posture guidliness nd stretching nd strengthening exercises with manual therapy if required.
