Dr, I have a strong prescription and everyday my eyesight seems to worsen. I already take care of them properly, limit screen time, but still worsen. Any advice for this?

Next Steps
if u have worsening of your vision then pls check with the ophthalmologist
please undergo keratoconus screening too
