Hi Dr , my glasses no is -17D and -10.5 D my glasses number is increasing every year , I mostly use digital devices like smartphones 70-80% time for reading , chatting etc I am a tech savvy person , I have researched that near work activities like reading and using digital devices like smart phones and computer is affecting eye health and that is the cause my glasses number is increasing every year ,my question is is it true that my glasses power is increasing because of near work activities , how can I minimize near work activities , what's your best recommendation for it
