Sir I have a problem with itching on side of my nose it itches lot sometimes artificial
Tear also come from my eyes

It can be infection / block of tear duct..anything, we dont know .
You can try using Moxicip KT eye drops 3 times and see for a couple of days
Eif not effective, see a doctor

1.Use eye drop olopatdine 1 drop 2 times a day both eyes
2.eye drop refresh tear 1 drop 3-4 times a day
3. Use tablet levocetrizien once times at night
4. If issues doesn't dan go video consultation

Few instructions:
(1) Cold compress to the eyes 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds)
(2) Do not rub the eye
(3) Start with Eyedrops Ocurest Plus 1 drop 3 times a day for 1 week.
(4) If the issue is not solved then opt for online consultation where we can have a video call for better understanding of the issue and proper treatment.
