Frequent lubrication of eyes may be required if evaporative losses are high. Regular and complete blinking of eyes is also important. Lubricant eye drops do not have any API and are therefore safe for long term use. Hydration is important and so is to keep the environment cool. temperature of 24?degrees and a relative humidity of 60% keeps one comfortable.

Hi
You can use lubricants on frequent basis like 4-6 times a day combined with frequent blinking of eyes and wash them more frequently after classes and do near and far exercises. You can use anti reflective specs just for protection while using digital screens
