Navel disbalance
Is there really something like navel disbalance? Since a month I'm having much gastritis and constipation, feeling low energy and lightheadedness too. I go to gym for 4 months, doing weight lifting training too. Because of this issue i went to homeopathic doctor first, he checked my navel and said it's disbalance. Just want to know if disbalance causes constipation, gas and what do I do further?

There is no established medical basis for a “navel disbalance” causing these symptoms. Gas, constipation and acidity can occur for several different reasons, so it is important not to assume that the navel is the cause. Since you are also experiencing low energy and lightheadedness, a proper medical evaluation would be the right next step.
Next Steps
Consult a physician, preferably a gastroenterologist, for assessment of the persistent digestive symptoms and lightheadedness. Your diet, hydration, bowel habits and gym routine can also be reviewed
Health Tips
Drink enough water throughout the day. Increase fibre gradually through fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Avoid long gaps between meals and notice foods that worsen your acidity or gas. Keep your workouts moderate if you feel weak or lightheaded. Avoid straining excessively during bowel movements.

There is no scientific evidence that a "navel disbalance" causes constipation, gastritis or gas. These symptoms are more commonly related to digestive issues, dietary habits, stress or reduced bowel motility. Since you are also experiencing low energy and lightheadedness, a proper medical evaluation is advisable. As a physiotherapist, I recommend maintaining good hydration, a high-fibre diet, regular walking and learning correct breathing and core activation techniques during weight training to avoid excessive abdominal strain.
Next Steps
Consult a Gastroenterologist for evaluation. If your gym technique or lifting posture is contributing to abdominal or back strain, consult a Physiotherapist for assessment and guidance on proper lifting mechanics and core training.
Health Tips
Avoid self-diagnosing "navel displacement." Seek medical attention urgently if you develop severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, blood in stools, unexplained weight loss or worsening dizziness.
