  4. Nausea Feeling. Future course of action.

Nausea Feeling
Since last 2 days I am having consistent nausea especially post having food. If started a day prior at night when I had puked and post that had minor fever. The feeling continued yesterday too at night and now I am feeling the nausea throughout. I am not sure what is happening and need advise on the future course of action.
