Natural miscarriage
I am 18 female.  I had conception 2 weeks ago. And I am 4 weeks pregnant. I just missed my period 5 days ago. So in stress I ate papaya since it brings the period back. Pregnancy was negative I checked but it can be invalid due to too early pregnancy. Today I had many blood clots, bleeding and lower abdominal pain or cramps which can be natural miscarriage. What is exactly going on? Please help

It's a myth  that papaya helps you get your periods Also if the pregnancy test is negative you are not pregnant You can go for a confirmitory test bhcg Less than 100 rules out pregnancy So the bleeding with cramps is your periods not a miscarriage
