Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
She should consult a gynaecologist and get it checked out as soon as possible.
Also a ultrasound should be done to check if the termination has been complete and there are no products of conception remaining.
If there are, then it could cause a problem.
Do not waste any more time and get her checked out.
