Natural conception
Is it possible to conceive naturally with sperm count with good morphology and motility? Are there any success stories of natural conception for this low count? What could be the success rate with iui?

Your question is incomplete. You have not mentioned about the seman analysis.
For normal conception count motility and morphology has to be adequate .
Unless we know the exact values ,it will be difficult to assist you.
However count has to be above 16 million /ml ,combined motility has to be above 52% and morphology has to be above 4%.. Though the values i have mentioned are standard,pregnancy has occurred with lower than mentioned values.
Some time normal fertile woman will compensate a subfertile man.
So please provide your values of seman anslysis in private consult option to assist you more.
