Natural conception after Genital TB trea
Hello Doctors , It's my 3rd month I'm taking Genital TB treatment , my both fallopian tubes were blocked but doctor open it during laproscopy , so can I conceive naturallly after completion of treatment?

Hi dear TB is a very common reason for blocked tubes in the  Indian scenario. Take complete treatment for TB for at least 9-12 months if it's a proven TB. Next comes chances of natural pregnancy, which depends on whether tubes are completely open after surgery or not. Because TB treatment will only prevent further damage, it's not going to reverse damage that has already happened. Simultaneously look for other things like your ovulation, endometrium and husband semen test. Do contact for further details

There are many reasons for infertility. Tubal block is one of them. If everything is normal in your case and your husband's investigations are normal then you can conceive.

If tubes are open then there is fair chance that u ll get pregnant. Continue TB treatment and try for conception simultaneously. If not conceived in 6 months, repeat tubal patency test like HSG
