I am 30 weeks pregnant and my doctor doesn't explain about natural birth. When she will able to tell me that I could give natural birth or she has to go for cesarean

Be patient. It is too early to determine the delivery method. You are just 30 weeks pregnant. Wait for 36 weeks and follow your doctor's advise.

After completing 37 weeks your obstetrician will do local examination for assessment of passage for natural delivery. If it is favourable for natural delivery she will ask you to wait for labour pains. Assessment in labour and the Progress of labour will decide mode if delivery.
