Nasal turbinate cautery procedure issues
I’ve had tonsils removed and also a nose turbinate cautery three months ago. I am now waking up every morning with a burning throat which then goes away. I also have a heavily blocked nose at night which I struggle to breathe through and I wake up with a blocked nose every morning. I got the procedure done to my nose because I was struggle to breathe through it, but now I’m finding it much worse. I asked my specialist a month after and he said after a couple weeks it will be fine. It’s worse.

Usually nose block should resolve within three weeks after doing cauterization of inferior turbinates. Since it is already three months it is unlikely to improve further. I suggest you to take a second opinion to identify cause for your problem
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
