Nasal septum swelling.
I have deviated nasal septum and RTH but from last 4 days i can see that my nasal septum on left side has become red , swollen and white patches on it and the left turbinate has also swelled. Iam also getting very severe headache. What medicines should i take,?

Get a course of antibiotics and nasal spray for couple of weeks . Then do a CT of Nose & PNS
