Nasal drops
Is there any problem if we use nasal drops longer period, iam using the drops whenever my baby is doing gur gur sound from last 1 month, is it okay

you can use nasal saline drops when there is nasal blockage induced noisy breathing.
Next Steps
If the child gets frequent noisy breathing sound please get the child ear, nose, throat and chest examined by doctor and use drops as per theirs advice.

Everyday is not ideal . It’s for only when nose is blocked . Any cough which feels like wet cough should be consulted

That gurgling sound can also be due to reflux so burp the child for 30 minutes after each feed so that sounds don't come. Saline nasal drops however can be used frequently, not an issue with that.
