Nasal congestion,advised for septoplasty
Hello my name is vineet i am 33 years old male having nasal congetion since 3-4 years..i have consulted few ent doctors regarding this and they asked me to go for septoplasty and few advised for doing pranayama and yoga which will help..i wanted to know what other precautions to be taken for being safe from further worsening of he condition..

Nasal congestion can occur in lot of nasal conditions such as sinusitis, allergic rhinitis etc. First your condition needs to be diagnosed before advising any treatment. Septoplasty works only if there is significant deviated nasal septum causing significant nasal obstruction
