Nasal blockage and snorin

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am suffering from severe snoring and nasal blockage for past 4-5 years. The sense of smell is also diminished. I had consulted homeopathy doctor couple of years back who accounted medicines and nasal sprays (Dcold, Vicks action, Otrivin etc) as a cause of this which I used to consume for my cold. Is this curable?
