Nasal block when laying

Hello sir.. My turbinates swell...when i lay down...on sides...one nostril block.. Having no cough, sneezing, allergy.. Just nostril blocking when laying on side... I saw my turbinates in mirror...the swelling keep shifting left to right... But when they swell...they swell too much...to upon laying on side..and nose block... What to do...

It is normal for alternate nose to be open and turbinates to swell.. Unless it is causing you too much discomfort.. Nasal obstruction can be relieved by using steam inhalation
