I have been observing that my chest is getting narrower year by year. The lower part of rib is almost bulging out from front on both the side. Is there any way i can have broad chest? Can this be overcome with compressing braces?

There are is no need of braces. Firstly we need to know is there a problem and what is causing the problem. Only then a solution needs to be found. Sometimes what appears as abnormal for you, may be jus the normal appearance. Please see a Physician or an Orthopaedic Surgeon for assessment. You may need some more investigations depending on the assessment.
