Nails turning brown
My right hand fore finger and middle finger nails turning down from the bottom recently may be from a week what could be the possible reason for that ? I dnt have any major medical problems I am fine recently facing loss of appetite and lack of sleep and also trying to quit smoking, in a day I smoke abt 3 cigarettes.
Please let me know what could be the possible reason for nails turning brown and what are the suggestions or precautions should I take ?
