Asked for Female, 27 Years

Without chopping off my nails, how can I cure my first finger? Long back when I rubbed my finger with ice, it became swelled, then puss came, when puss came out it became hard and now it has destructed and nail is almost gone due to my having of chewing and peeling off. How can I regrow my nail? Any chance?
