The mystery behind your symptoms is your mind. The thoughts, the negativity, the stress. So address it. You know everything stems from there. Right. If you have anything on your mind which is troubling you, it can reflect on your body. All the reports will come normal and you will keep doctor shopping to see that what is wrong, what is wrong from one doctor to the another and nothing will reflect in your reports. In the end it will be a. Mental health issue. So the mystery is resolved. You need to take therapy. You need to talk it out if you feel there are no stressors and nothing. It can be biological anxiety. But do seek help. Get yourself assessed. I'll be really happy to help you. All the best.

Psychosomatic disorder is a psychological condition involving the occurrence of physical symptoms, usually lacking a medical explanation. People with this condition may have excessive thoughts, feelings or concerns about the symptoms — which affects their ability to function well. People with psychosomatic disorder usually don’t report overt symptoms of psychiatric distress. Instead, they believe their problems are caused by medical conditions. They tend to visit healthcare providers frequently to get tests and treatments, often not receiving a diagnosis, which may lead to frustration and distress.

It's crucial to recognize that anxiety can manifest in various physical ways, often referred to as "healthy anxiety" when there's no apparent medical cause. The mind-body connection is powerful, and stress or anxiety can lead to real physical symptoms, even when all medical tests come back normal. This doesn't diminish the validity of your symptoms – they are a genuine expression of the body's response to stress. Consider consulting with a mental health professional, like a therapist or counselor, who can help explore the connection between your symptoms and underlying stress or anxiety. Therapy, such as the services provided by Mind Sculpt, can offer coping strategies to manage these symptoms more effectively.

Hi, due to severe anxiety, continuous stress and fear of upcoming events which are challenging to face. These events may cause fear and anxiety and also self doubts. Possibility excessive anxiety is seen physically. That is even if the physical symptoms are common and it can be perceived as a severe issue, it is generally called psychosomatic. To begin with, I would suggest you to go through some articles and / or YouTube videos on hypochondria or illness anxiety disorder. What happens most of the time in hypochondria which is also known as illness anxiety disorder, is that the person having it starts perceiving even ordinary aches, pains, discomfiture etc. as much bigger than what they are to the common people. They are perceived as symptoms of serious problems, like a normal muscle pain on the shoulder or chest as imminent heart attack. Such things can happen when insignificant signs are perceived as symptoms of one or more serious health conditions. This builds anxiety in the person which drives her / him to panic and fear. So what needs to be addressed is the state of mind that is making you perceive regular and common body conditions as big signs of bigger health issues. Sometimes such perceptions can manifest as real health problems which is known as a psychosomatic condition. A psychologist can help you in conditioning your mind to accept such symptoms as common, insignificant and routine.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychologist.

Hi, it is very difficult to determine what is going on in your subconscious mind when you don't have any illness, fortunately:) Although it takes a deeper dig for a psychologist also to know why it is happening and how it can be contained. Such deep down things in your brain can't be understood here on an online platform for that you need to give some time to the expert and to yourself before we come to any conclusion.
Next Steps
As per me if you are seriously looking to solve this once and for all you need to consult a mental health expert soon.
Health Tips
As  I saw your questions just a word of caution don't try to address it on your own or try to find solutions online you may end up being even more nervous and anxious than you are right now.
