  4. Myopia with astigmatism. For reading?

Myopia with astigmatism
Myopia -3(L,R) Astigmatism -1(L,R) I am comfortable not using glasses while reading. Letters are slightly blurry and I am okey with that. Will it make my myopia worse or any other eye issues if I will stop wearing glasses for reading? Thanks in advance.

In myopic the near point comes still nearer and reading without glasses leads to  convergence excess. Thereby causing,blurring of vision,headache ,watering etc. So please use specs regularly ie during studies or near work also.
