Myopia and floaters
I am myopic in both eyes. i have had floaters for past one year now. i am under regular dilated fundus examination twice a year. From last 3 days i am seeing some  extra black tiny dots in my right eye which i did not have before. i had my last fundus exam exactly one month ago which was fine. what should i do now? is this serious?

Increase in floaters or flashes of light could be a symptom of a retinal tear/ impending tear/ traction over the retina. Get a dilated exam done asap.
