Sir if broken / fractured crown of wisdom tooth than it will be removed (extraction). The charges of wisdom tooth will be depends upon the difficulty index means root pattern (curved/ ankylosed or fused with bone) , position like visibility,  bone density( in young patient bone is softer in compare with older patients), patients mouth opening etc. various criteria will be decided that. So it will be cleared by dentist after examination.
Next Steps
consult with oral and maxillofacial surgeon and radiographs required for above criteria.
