hsg is a tubal patency test
the block can be temporary also due to infection or spasm

Hsg has high chances of false positives results. Opt for laparoscopy and hysteroscopy or Ivf depending upon necessity

Your HSG report if shows bilateral tubal block, need to consult your gynecologist and decide either for laptop hysteroscopy to achieve tubal patency, or you have to be prepared for IVF.
