My dietician says my vitamin d is 21.2, that's creates problem in weight loss, if yes, then should I take supplement? Kindly confirm Low vitamin d levels create problem in weight loss? Kindly confirm

Vitamin D maintains weight.  It doesn't help in gaining weight. Moreover, it helps in protecting from the bad effects of obesity. There is no direvt evidence of vit D related to increase in weight.

You definitely need supplement as your level is low but no relation with the weight loss.
