You seem to be suffering from thyroid dysfunction known as subclinical hypothyroidism. If there are associated symptoms such as generalized weakness, weight gain, intolerance to cold, hair loss then treatment needs to be started with low dose thyroid replacement therapy. You need to consult doctor for appropriate treatment
