My T3 - 91.35 T4 - 5.87 TSH - 10.55 No any symptoms on my body, no weight gains or loose, should I worried?

According to your reports you seem to be suffering from subclinical hypothyroidism. Here you won't have any symptoms but your thyroid function may reduce eventually. With TSH values more than 10 treatment is usually necessary
