Hi there.. your tsh is in upper limit of normal.. it's not high..but for females in reproductive age group it shouldn't be this much..now you needn't have to take any medicine but if your married and planning pregnancy then you may or not have to start on thyroxine depending on tsh levels during that time.. nothing to worry now.. have more iodine in diet, avoid veggies like cabbage,cauliflower, raddish.. as they are shown to reduce thyroid hormone synthesis(ie inturn cause increase in tsh)..hope this helped you..
