May be heart  at risk . So first of all change life style n diet plan drastically .   Fried items,  non veg, JUNK fast, OUTSIDE food  big no. Tab aterovast20 one at night after dinner for one month. Later rep test.

High triglycerides and vldl indicate high risk for heart attacks and coronary artery disease. Do you have hypertension and or diabetes?
Next Steps
avoid fatty food, alcohol, red meat.  Take more of fresh green vegetables and fruits. Do regular physical exercise . Take tab Atorvastatin 20mg one after dinner for a month
