I have been taking thyoid medicine from past 8 years but discontinued 2 times in last 3 years and my TSH level rose to 5.5 and then 12 but after taking 50 mg medicine for 4 to 5 years regularly my TSH level become normal now I have again made mistake to skip it by last week and my TSH level today is
8.33 ( t3- 1.13 & t4 7.94). Please guide me to tackle with this issue also last month my period flow was quite low but period date was almost same from last one year.
