My throat ulcer not healing 4 years
I’ve been suffering from a large throat ulcer for the past 4 years, and despite consulting two ENT specialists, there has been no recovery. The ulcer has spread throughout my entire throat, causing constant irritation. I’m still struggling with this condition, and it hasn't healed.

You must need to be thoroughly examined. As ulcer since 4 years and still nobody advised biopsy is very strange. .
If there is ulcer it must be correlated pathologically

Plz go through examination
And biopsy of ulcer from nearby ent hospital

Do apply tess gel plus zyte gel locally twice Dnt spit it make alive in mouth and swallow it
Cap bcomplex od
Tab folic acid 5mg bd
Do dat for 3 days if not relived then go thru biopsy
Making sure constipation nhi honi chahiye
